This beautiful luxury villa blends traditional Thai design with the comforts of contemporary living. Step outside and enjoy a serene beachfront location with shady coconut palms, an un-spoilt sandy beach and breathtaking sea views to nearby tropical islands. Uniquely Thai in layout, the two pavilions of the property separate the living areas from the main bedrooms and all on one level.

The first pavilion contains a spacious open-plan living area, beautifully decorated in a contemporary yet relaxing theme, with Thai ornaments and wall hangings blending in harmony with the modern furnishings. Sliding glass doors can expose your living space to the sea breezes, and offer excellent multi-sided views. The formal dining area has seating for six, and the fully equipped Western-style kitchen provides all the modern conveniences without marring the traditional surroundings. This pavilion also contains a spacious bedroom, with a queen size double and en-suite facilities.

A further two bedrooms can be found in the sleeping pavilion, one king size and one twin, both en-suite and furnished in a stylish, contemporary manner with attractive Thai wall hangings. Both en-suite bathrooms include 'his and hers' twin washbasins and large walk-in showers. The master and twin bedrooms have connecting doors making it the perfect solution for families with younger children

The tropical climate of Koh Samui is ideal for alfresco dining, and the outdoor deck area provides ample space and comfortable furniture to do just that as you look out over the sea, or relaxing in the sala with a glass of chilled white wine. The private infinity edge swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace with ample cushioned sun loungers and parasols. It has its own washroom and shower so that you don't need to drip water through the house!

During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 meters, at all times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short drive to one of the best swimming beaches on the island.

Villa 01 - We had a wonderful vacation in Koh Samui! Thank you! We spent 12 days over Easter in this wonderful villa. Me and my husband where travelling with our 3 small children and my parents and the villa is ideal for sharing like this. It is well equipped, great standard and the location is perfect right on the beach with a little harbour on the left and a local beach in front. We did not swim in the ocean but went to the beach for fotboll, games and massage. It is a quite very nice beach.
The service in the villa is perfect! The cleaning staff is quick and efficiant. When ever we needed anything we just just called the reception which is very convenient! They arrange transports and take-away very quick! The nearby beach Choung mon (5 min in Car) is very nice!! The best take-away is Deva who do home delivery.
Carlo is also very helpful and easy to get hold of and he can assist with reservations and recommendations. He can also arrange for a chef to come to the villa which was very nice!
We would give our warmest recommendations for this villa and location!!!! Wonderful Vacation!!

Villa 01 - "Recently my wife and I plus 2 friends had the pleasure of staying at Villa 1. It was truly an outstanding Villa that surpassed all our expectations. The Staff were very welcoming and the "welcome" pack was very thoughtful and appreciated. The Villa itself provided for all our holiday needs. The rooms were spacious and pool was Fantastic. The Kitchen was well equipped and staff were always willing to assist, with anything we needed!!!
Location was great; views from your sunlounge were unbelievable especially as the sun set. 7-11 and other local shops were walking distance away, so very convenient for any last minute requirements. We had an amazing time and the exceptional service and hospitality afforded to us was incomparable. We definitely recommend visiting and will be back as soon as we can!"

Villa 01 - Wow - What a place!!!
We have just spent a week here for my wife's 40th birthday and we loved it. The villa is perfect, high quality the pool and outside area is ideal with a nice view out to the boat dock and beach. Very clean, all the staff are lovely and really don't disturb you at all. Samui is stunning with numerous top quality restaurants but I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around its great fun. You can rent from very close by it's easy walking distance. This property will not disappoint it really is stunning and I would definitely go back as many times as possible. Being beach front is really nice but there is also a great pool within the complex as well. Very safe 24 hr security and lovely people. 10 out of 10 in my view, we loved it. Good for families or couples the villa is very well designed and all rooms are immaculate.

Villa 01 -The villa was wonderful, maintained very much, very friendly staff.
We were impressed with the service very much. The beach segment was also kept clean. It was always quiet and almost never see people. The situation was optimum for us, not far away from chaweng and also not far away to fisherman village. By motorbike everything was not far and quick reaching. We would come again immediately.

Villa 01 - A truly relaxing week for us three, with a few extra highlights thrown in - some exciting diving (whale shark!) for one, and a boat trip and snorkelling for the other two. The villa was great: it had its own lovely pool, and the location right on the little beach was more than we had expected, but at the same time it was just a few minutes' drive to the area's shops and restaurants. The staff were quietly attentive and seemed to come at exactly the right times every day. We will return!

Villa 01 - We had the most beautiful holiday in Koh Samui and enjoyed the privacy and spaciousness of the villa. The villa itself lived up to the pictures as shown on the website, in fact it is even better once you see it for yourself.
The kids really loved the pool and for us sitting in the Sala with a glass of wine watching the beach and sunset was a lovely way to spend afternoons.
The villa staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the villa was perfect being in a lovely quiet spot but only 10-15 mins from great restaurants at Fisherman's Wharf and the hustle and bustle of shopping and nightlife in Chaweng.
We would definitely come back again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa to family and friends. Thanks again.

Villa 01 - We have had many trips to Koh Samui and this Villa wins hands down. We spent 2 glorious weeks here & we didn't want to leave.
As soon as we walked through the doors we felt relaxed & right at home in this luxurious private villa, right on the beach front & with our very own pool.
It is a beautifully designed, well furnished villa and is big enough to comfortably accommodate families, groups of friends or a couple, and still have room to spare.
Both the indoor & outdoor areas are very spacious and the pool was larger than we expected. The sala beside the pool was the perfect place for watching the breath taking Samui sunset each night & enjoying a nice cold Singha beer.
Everything you can think of is provided for your comfort in this Villa, including a welcome pack on arrival. There are great restaurants and a handy convenience store close by. You also have the added luxury of ordering takeaway or a Thai Chef to come to your villa for the evening. Also if you ever needed anything your villa manager Carlo was only a phone call away.

Villa 01 - Fabulous Koh Samui
From the moment we arrived at the Koh Samui's unique airport we felt relaxed and excited about our holiday. The Villa was beautiful and very well equipped. It was set in an awesome location right on the beach where the kids enjoyed collecting shells and watching the coconuts being harvested. We enjoyed the tranquility of the villa and the fact that we were only 5 minutes from a lovely beach were you could shop, swim, sunbathe, take a ride on a bananaboat etc...Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely return!

Villa 01 - This was a breath taking place to stay. Beautiful location, clean, modern, spacious and well equipped. The pictures on the website are a true representation of what to expect. Situated on a private beach away from the hustle and bustle of the lively nearby town/resorts, its a perfect little hideaway, however the touristy bits are very accessible as and when required. There are some superb restaurants and bars near by (BBC Restaurant was great if your looking at saving or if you have cash to burn try the superb 'on the rocks' restaurant which is truly an amazing experience) local shops and a great market full of fresh local produce. We highly recommend a car to go sight seeing, visit the postcard picture beaches (Chaweng) and go shopping in a Thai Tesco's! The staff who look after the villa were amazing and super friendly. The private pool was great and our 6 year old daughter loved it, the Villa backs out onto a private fishing beach which gives you a true feeling of tranquillity as the sun sets in the evenings. We had daily maid service and the villa manager was very attentive and always on hand to answer any of our questions. There are security guards who regularly patrol the villas and beaches (not that you needed them) which made you feel extra safe. We had a fantastic stay at the villa, certainly one of the best villas we have stayed in and would recommend to anyone.

Villa 01 - Beautifully designed and furnished, very well equipped, right on a quiet beach and with a private pool big enough to actually swim in, we found the villa just wonderful for a relaxing stay. The owners seem to have thought of everything, inside the villa and out, with really good information on nearby restaurants and lots else to see and do in the area. The staff that came to clean the villa and outside area everyday were very pleasant but unobtrusive. We stayed there with friends but would certainly recommend it for families as well. Would certainly have another holiday there in the future; watching the sunsets from the sala is amazing.

Villa 01 - We wanted our first experience of Thailand to be memorable so therefore thoroughly researched villas to rent in Ko Samui until we settled upon this villa - As a family coming from the Dubai where standards are set very high on quality and service we were delighted when we arrived at the villa that our expectations were not only met but exceeded.
The location of the villa is perfect for couples, families and friends. Set in a tranquil, peaceful location but with plenty of lively places near by - best of both worlds. Everything is provided for and the Villa Manager and cleaning staff are all friendly and very helpful.
We spend two glorious weeks on the island, exploring, relaxing and socialising and every day agreed that we had definitely made the correct decision booking this villa.
A must is a spa treatment at the nearby (100 metres) Destination Resort and Spa - also they have a wonderful restaurant and bar on the beach.
Waking every morning to the sight of a shimmering gold 'big buddha' and crystal still waters, white sandy beaches and the sun shining is truly paradise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Villa 01 - We have just spent two wonderful weeks. In rare occasions your expectations for vacation exceeds when it comes to place were you going to spend your holiday, this was one of those times. What a marvellous, fantastic place, fully equipped and everything working perfectly, there was nothing we could complain about. Carlo visited us every day to ask if there was something we needed, and if there was, he fixed it right a way, from scooters to grill coal. Information provided in folder inside the house was very usefull to us. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

Villa 01 - The Villa is just great. Everywhere you feel the caring hand of the owner. Everything is nicely prepared, arranged and looked after. Carlo and the very friendly staff do let you feel like being home. We did enjoy the privacy, the wonderful private pool (good for swimming) and the space inside and outside of the Villa.
During all the four weeks we always preferred to enjoy the view from the beach chairs than driving around. It never was boring. The boats leaving the little harbor or coming back and the wonderful sunsets, all worth a lot of nice photos. We did enjoy everything so much that we plan to come back next year.
