We stayed at Villa 05 on the beach at Plai Laem and it was like a home from home...only a lot warmer! A lovely spot with views out to Koh Phangan. A small boatyard is nearby but this only made us feel more a part of local life. It's no disturbance or distraction. In fact, this is a very quiet spot yet
so close to very good eating places, local shops etc. The villa has everything you need and the backup and service from Nid and her team is excellent. It's not a great beach (fine for walks) but there are plenty of

This is a very nice villa and one of few located right on the beach for this sort of $. The beach is not really for swimming given tides and a small marina just in front of this villa. However, the view is still very nice and the pool is fantastic. It is a little isolated (if on foot) but this is also a positive as you have very few people walking past. You do need a car/scooter/taxi to get to decent restaurants but there are a couple of small hotels just down the beach for breakfast. Stayed Spent a family weekend getaway here. Very relaxing and peaceful, highly recommend it for families, friends and anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Description is extremely accurate. Service is very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the airport and all major touristy areas, shops and beaches. Local cooking by private chefs was excellent. Overall we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone and we look forward to staying here again.

Set in lush tropical gardens this wonderful three bedroom beach front villa has a private pool and spectacular sea views over the Gulf of Siam towards the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Som. Located on the popular north east coast the villa is just minutes from numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment areas.
The front of the villa can be opened up to the cooling sea breezes by sliding glass doors, revealing the stunning open-plan lounge and dining area, exquisitely decorated with cool neutrals and dark timbers, in a contemporary yet uniquely Thai style. During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 meters, at all times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short drive to Choeng Mon, one of the best swimming beaches on the island.
