Spectacular and spacious, this luxurious villa is crafted into the rugged hillside overlooking beautiful Tongson Bay with magnificent panoramic sea views towards Koh Phangan and the Gulf of Siam beyond.
Located on the much sought after north coast, the villa is a short walk to the nearby secluded sandy beach and a few minutes driving distance to shops, restaurants and the islands main entertainment areas.
The east facing accommodation enjoys the most stunning sunrise and is arranged over five levels that includes four spacious bedroom suites, a huge sea view open plan living area including kitchen, formal dining and a lounge with access to an infinity edge swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi.
The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and accessed by a pedestrian walkway with ornamental ponds and traditional stone carvings leading to imposing hand carved double doors. Once inside you are lead down to an open plan living area with a fantastic gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar, fully equipped with top of the range stainless steel appliances and accessories. There is formal dining for ten and a lounge with ample comfortable seating and equipped with a large multi-channel satellite TV/DVD and entertainment system.
There are four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom facilities. The master en-suite has a jacuzzi bathtub and all are fitted with filtered rainwater showers. Three bedrooms have king size beds and one with twin beds. All the bedrooms enjoy stunning sea views and are equipped with a multi channel TV/DVD, a safety deposit box, personal fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
An additional bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom is available for live in staff if required.
The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout in an elegant contemporary style with accessories reflecting the beautiful coastal surroundings and tropical island life style.
Outside, a sparkling infinity edge swimming pool is suspended from the upper floors and surrounded by cushioned sun loungers, table and chairs.
