This magnificent villa occupies a prime beachfront position with stunning views to nearby tropical islands and the Gulf of Siam beyond. Situated on the much sought after north east coast at Plai Leam, the palm fringed sandy beach is quiet and peaceful, yet it's only a short drive to many excellent restaurants, shops and entertainment areas.

Surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens and framed by an antique looking wall the villa's Asian inspired rustic style combines perfectly with the use of natural materials, modern technology and the sumptuous designer furnishings throughout this luxurious villa.

This spacious and impressive holiday home is set either side of the oversize 48sqm turquoise blue swimming pool flowing through the inner courtyard into a huge children's play pool and finally, into a large beachfront jacuzzi surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and parasols.

The accommodation comprises of multiple air-conditioned pavilions, each with cedar wood tiled roofs and vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, large picture windows and full length glazed sliding doors throughout. The pavilions have covered verandas facing the pool, furnished with comfortable sofas and swing seating.

Access the villa's inner courtyard through double wooden doors onto an elevated terrace directly overlooking the pool and the sparkling sea beyond. To one side is the living pavilion facing the inner courtyard, with a spacious lounge and TV area containing several comfortable sofas, occasional tables and a wall mounted multi-channel plasma TV/DVD with Bose surround system, a discreet office area and a guest washroom.

On the opposite side of the courtyard from the lounge is the main kitchen and dining pavilion. This open plan area is dominated by a stunning heavy wooden dining table with seating for 12. The kitchen has a large island feature and is fully fitted and equipped with top branded appliances. In keeping with the villa's rustic style a copper coloured extractor hood is strung from the roof timbers reaching over to the island hob.

The six en-suite bedrooms are arranged in four further pavilion, two each side of the pool. The first pavilions each have two bedrooms with connecting doors, all with twin beds (beds can be joined making one large double bed), sofas and equipped with wall mounted multi-channel flat screen TV/DVD. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with outside bathtubs and rainwater showers. These are followed by two further pavilions accommodating the master bedroom suites, each with double beds, a dressing area, comfortable seating and equipped with a ceiling mounted multi-channel flat screen TV/DVD. Wooden sliding doors lead into the en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins and a beautifully sculptured terrazzo bathtub positioned to maximise the sea views. All the bedrooms have personal safes and large fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space.

Next to the beach are two thatched open sided pavilions positioned either side of the jacuzzi. In one a casual outdoor lounging area, with comfortable sofas and chairs and the other, a summer kitchen with a barbeque area, bar with stools and another huge dining table for eating alfresco.
