The secluded private pool and lily pond are set within beautiful tropical gardens, featuring a trickling waterfall. You can overlook this oasis from a stylish alfresco dining area, perfect for enjoying an early breakfast or drinking in the relaxing surrounds. Sliding doors allowing the breeze into the villa, take you through to the open-plan dining area with seating for eight adjacent to the fully fitted and equipped Western kitchen.

Upstairs, the beautiful king size master bedroom features a four-poster bed with delicate drapes and art around the room, as well as your own wide-screen television and opulent en-suite bathroom, which has a secluded bathtub and contemporary decor. The second king size bedroom is similarly fitted and equipped with luxurious en-suite facilities. Both bedrooms have access to individual upper storey balconies, with spectacular views over the pool and gardens.

The villa has a lounging and television area away from the rest of the house. The third en-suite bedroom features twin four-poster single beds with optional mosquito netting, making this an ideal room for children to share.

Villa 31 - We had our easter break in Koh Samui and had the pleasure to stay at the Villa which was recommended by friends who stayed before.
We had a very nice beach holiday and your villa and estate are immaculate. Staff were very discreet and services received were excellent.
All in all if you are looking for a private villa with hotels services and walking distance to a beautiful white sand beach and restaurants ,then look no further as

Villa 31 - My friends and I had a lovely time in Koh Samui and the Villa was everything and more we had expected.
We loved the villa, privacy and its location. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with all amenities you could wish for.
The patio area and the pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens are just outstanding and very relaxing.
I can say with confidence on behalf of my friends too that services received and villa were of the highest standards possible and we will recommend and visit again .

Villa 31 - My friends and I made the right choice when we booked our 10 nights stay. The villa itself is beautiful. Superbly decorated with a feeling of real luxury.
The villa is kept to the highest standards and spotlessly clean.
The outside space provides complete privacy and seating around the infinity pool and surrounded by lush landscaped gardens was a truly wonderful.
Apart of the perfect choice of villa, the services we received from our Villa manageress and her team was fantastic. From being met at the airport to our departure, nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. Our housekeeper Cathai provided the most discerning and relaxing breakfast one could imagine and all beautifully presented. If you are looking for a great location, luxury,comfort, privacy and excellent service then look no further this one is guaranteed not to disappoint!!!!!!!
