4 Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool at Choeng Mon Ko Samui Thailand

From its own private grounds situated in a residential hillside community, this beautiful Koh Samui villa for eight commands stunning ocean views over Cheong Mon Bay.  Close to local shops and restaurants and the beach at Cheong Mon, and with its light and spacious open plan layout, this is a fabulous holiday villa for families or a group of friends.

This is arguably the ideal spot for a Koh Samui holiday at just a 10-minute drive from the International Airport, 10 from Chaweng, the island's main tourist centre, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi Golf and Country Club. Yet Choeng Mon's beach and local restaurants and shops are virtually on the doorstep, and the chic Fisherman's Village with its beachside shops, coffee shops and restaurants, is a very short drive away.

The villa makes 'cool luxury' come to life, with tasteful modern white and cream décor, chic colourful accessories and abstract wall art, and high floor-to-ceiling glass doors to let in the light and the sea breezes, and allow the living areas to be opened up to create a vast entertainment space. The villa has air conditioning throughout, plus Wi-Fi Internet access.

On entering the villa the large western-style kitchen is first. Here there is a large American style double fronted fridge/freezer with icemaker, a coffee machine and microwave, and a stylish feature island unit incorporating an inset 4-ring gas hob and an oven. The units are white with black granite worktops, and the appliances are stainless steel. A guest washroom is located behind the kitchen, and here too is a laundry / utility room with a washing machine. The formal dining area is just beyond the kitchen, and has an eight-seater dark wood table and chairs.

Sliding open the large glass doors of the dining room leads to a small terrace that, further on, becomes the pool terrace, and directly ahead is the sitting room. Here a huge contemporary black leather L-shaped sofa encourages guests to relax and enjoy the wall-mounted flat screen TV offering both HD and 3D! A soft cream floor rug, a large coffee table and a contemporary white unit below the television complete the furnishings.

The glass doors of the sitting room open wide onto the pool terrace, where the magnificent views of the ocean and islands can be sampled from the ample sun loungers, and a white glass-topped dining set cries out for al fresco lunches, evening sun-downers and snacks, or why not a full evening meal?

The large infinity edge pool sits at the very front of the villa overlooking the bay and ocean below.

All four spacious bedrooms have double beds, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms with a bathtub and separate shower. The master suite is to the left of the pool, beyond the dining room, and there are two bedrooms to the right of the pool. Both of these suites have their own small balconies to the front with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table for some private relaxation and view-watching, while the master suite has access to part of the pool terrace. The fourth bedroom suite is immediately below the master suite via an external stairway.
