Stayed This was heaven. I spent more time in that marvellous pool than out of it. Skinny dipping was no problem with all that privacy. Choeng Mon must be one of the best beaches in the world

This recently completed luxury villa is within walking distance to one of the islands finest and most popular beaches. Located on a small luxury residential estate at Choeng Mon on the much sought after northeast coast, you will be within easy reach of the islands main attractions. Shops, restaurants, spas and bars are just a short stroll away.

High walls and tropical palms ensure total privacy for this perfect retreat. Beautiful gardens and a 15 metre infinity-edge pool with a sparkling water fall makes this the ideal location for splashing with the kids or for chilling out on cushioned sun loungers with a favourite book. In the early evening relax on comfortable sofas in the traditional sala and enjoy a glass or two of chilled white wine, followed by fresh seafood, grilled to perfection on the gas barbeque and enjoyed with friends and family under the stars, this is outdoor living at it's very best.

The cool contemporary theme of the open plan living area includes a lounge with a comfortable corner sofa and a wall mounted LCD screen with cable TV, DVD and sound system and an iPod docking station. The extendable dining table provides seating for six guests and a breakfast bar separates the dining area from the American style kitchen, fully equipped with a duel gas/electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large floor to ceiling picture window with views towards a shaded garden area with tropical planting provides a delightful backdrop.

The three magnificent double bedrooms are all en-suite and the sumptuous master bedroom suite boasts a Versace inspired king size four-poster bed, a private lounge area and an exotic indoor/outdoor bathroom equipped with twin washbasins and corner bath. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have views of the gardens and direct access to the pool terrace. There is a guest bathroom with access from the kitchen.

To reserve this villa we require a completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount due. For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
