This beautiful two-storey villa in a secure gated community on the unspoilt southeast area of Koh Samui offers visitors an away-from-it-all holiday location close to stunning beaches on its as yet under-developed coastline. It has three en suite bedrooms, large terraces surrounding a private infinity edge pool, both indoor and outdoor eating areas, and would be ideal for either a family or a group of friends. This part of the island is a joy to experience, with beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches and safe, shallow waters. But there are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the coastal town of Lamai, which has plenty of shops, bars and nightlife to offer, is just a short distance away.

All the rooms of this superb holiday villa are fully air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans and insect screens at the outer doors to complete the tropical atmosphere and to keep you comfortable throughout the day or evening. The villa's open plan design and large, light-giving windows enhance the concept of relaxed living, indoor and out. The natural earthy tones of the furnishings and decor are cool and simple, complimenting the architecture, yet together they create luxurious living and relaxation spaces for all to enjoy. High speed WiFi is provided at the villa for guests' use, and there are desk areas in all three bedrooms.

The living area has comfortable sofas, a large flat screen satellite TV/DVD player and a compact sound system, and the large glass doors open out onto the pool area. The dining area has a large table and seating for eight, and the western style kitchen which is just beyond has all the necessary fittings and equipment required for providing refreshments, light meals or more formal dining.

The master en suite bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and a walk-through wardrobe and desk area that takes you to the en suite. This has both a large bath and a glass-walled shower space. This room has its own private balcony on which to sit and admire the views. The second bedroom is also on the first floor of the villa. Here there are large twin beds with a small sofa at the foot of each, a walk-in wardrobe and desk area leads to the en suite bathroom. It too has its own private balcony, overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed, desk area and an en suite with direct access to the pool and terracing.

Outside, the large infinity edge swimming pool is surrounded by terracing, and overlooks the tropical garden. It is furnished with sun loungers, a barbeque, and has a covered area for al fresco dining for six.
