This delightful villa is set in beautiful tropical gardens lush with colourful shrubs and plants, and surrounded by swaying coconut palms, yet is only a few short steps from the picturesque beach. The soft sand and safe shallow waters make this a perfect holiday destination for families with younger children.

The villa is located in an exclusive beachside community on the island's more tranquil south east shores, so you are assured of peaceful surroundings. Even so, you are close to nearby restaurants, and just 20 minutes' drive to the island's main entertainment areas.

Outside, a sand washed terrace surrounds the sparkling family sized pool. There are ample cushioned sun loungers and parasols, and an alfresco dining set for day long and evening enjoyment. Enjoy a lazy day sun bathing with an exciting holiday novel, a glass of chilled white wine at sunset, followed by a delicious Thai meal prepared by our chef and enjoyed with family and friends under the stars.

Inside, the stylish open plan lounge and dining area enjoys views of the garden through the large picture windows and double doors. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and equipped with a flat screen multi-channel TV/DVD/CD entertainment system. The formal dining area has a glass-topped table and seating for six guests. A couple of steps take you down into the contemporary kitchen fitted with all white cabinets and finished with black granite tops. This villa has a modern aesthetic design, with colourful accessories and works of art adorning the walls.

The three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms all lead off the living area. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private lounge area with double doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has large twin beds. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms with shower enclosures.
