Total security and privacy are on offer, and yet the villa is just a few minutes drive from Choeng Mon beach and the chic "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut, 10 minutes from both Koh Samui International Airport and the main tourist centre of Chaweng with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment, and 30 minutes from Santiburi Golf and Country Club.

The central water feature of this property leads into a slate-tiled infinity edge pool, merging into the distant sea view. A sunken viewing bench by the pool is the ideal spot for soaking up these stunning views. The wooden decking is furnished with comfortable loungers and leads to the main living area - an open pavilion for alfresco dining and relaxing. Shaded from the sun and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, this open plan area is the ideal place to lounge or eat, with comfortable sofas and a large dining table with seating for eight.

The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the pavilion provides all the necessary appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, drinks fridge and coffee machine. If outdoor cooking is more your style, there is a built in gas barbeque close to the dining area.

The dedicated air conditioned TV room behind the living area has a huge plasma screen satellite TV, DVD and CD player, surround-sound audio and comfortable sofas. Here too is an office, with a large desk and WiFi for guests' use. This room could also be used as a child's bedroom, on request. There is a guest bathroom with shower next to the office.

All four main bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in spacious wardrobes and beautifully restful decor. Each has its own en suite bathroom in black marble and stone, with bathtub and walk-in shower. There are twin wash basins and a recessed shower room for the master en suite.
