This luxury contemporary two-storey villa with expansive terraces and stunning sea and sunset views is set in its own landscaped tropical garden on the hillsides of Bang Por in the north west of the Island. Although tranquillity and guests' privacy is ensured, the villa is close to the exciting tourist centres and amenities of the area. A 10 minute drive will take you to Santiburi Golf and Country Club, and in 20 minutes you can be on Choeng Mon beach or in the chic "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut. Koh Samui International Airport and the main tourist centre of Chaweng with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment are under 30 minutes away. For guests who prefer golden sand in their toes and palm fringed idyllic beaches, Bang Por beach is just a short drive away.

The beautiful landscaped garden of this villa enhances the cool blue of the large infinity swimming pool on the upper level, which is surrounded by an expansive sandstone pool terrace. Here there is ample space for relaxation and sun bathing on the comfortable cushioned sun loungers, shaded by parasols for the fairer skinned.

The living area is also on the upper level, giving wonderful panoramic views over the sea, and glass doors open out onto a large private balcony where there is an al fresco dining set inviting free and easy open air meals under the shelter of a large umbrella. In the lounge area the seating is comfortable and the home entertainment system on offer includes a large flat screen satellite TV/DVD. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs. The western style kitchen includes all that you might need for entertaining.

The master bedroom suite is in the villa's east wing, and has a king sized four-poster bed, an en suite with a deep bathtub, bidet and twin wash basins, and a large private balcony with sea views. The other two luxury en suite bedrooms in this part of the villa have large double beds and en suite shower rooms. The fourth double bedroom is on the lower level and has its own shower room. From here there are steps to the upper level and the sandstone terrace. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and restful decor.
