This magnificent contemporary tropical villa with expansive roof terraces and stunning views over the Gulf of Thailand is set within an exclusive residential community on the hillsides of Choeng Mon. Total security and privacy are on offer, and yet the villa is just a few minutes drive from Choeng Mon beach and the chic "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut, 10 minutes from both Koh Samui International Airport and the main tourist centre of Chaweng with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment, and 30 minutes from Santiburi Golf and Country Club.

A central, large, slate-tiled infinity edge pool merges into the distant sea, and the wooden decking is amply furnished with sun loungers. A sunken viewing bench at one end of the pool is the ideal spot for enjoying the stunning panorama. Next to the pool, the main living area is an open pavilion for al fresco dining and relaxing. Shaded from the sun and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, this open plan area is the ideal place to eat or lounge, with comfortable sofas and a large dining table with seating for eight. A stairway from the living area rises to the rooftop sun deck, overlooking the pool, gardens and sea views.

At the rear of the pavilion area is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, drinks fridge and coffee machine, and a utility room. There is a built in gas barbeque close to the dining area.

To the right of the living area is a dedicated air conditioned TV room with a large plasma screen satellite TV/DVD home theatre system and comfortable sofas. Also in this part of the villa is the study, with a large desk and WiFi for guests use. This room could also be used as a child's bedroom, on request. There is a guest bathroom with shower next to the study.

All four of the main bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in spacious wardrobes and beautifully restful decor. The two master bedroom suites enjoy spectacular sea views from their terraces, and their bathrooms have twin wash basins, huge mirrors, raised bath tubs and separate walk-in black tiled wet rooms with rain shower and toilet. The views from the two guest bedrooms terraces are of the planted rooftop garden. The en suites for the two guest bedrooms have free standing bath tubs, washbasins, and separate walk-in black tiled wet rooms with rain shower and toilet.
