A truly fabulous ocean front villa set in one of the best residential communities of Koh Samui on an elevated north-east peninsular, this stunning holiday retreat for up to eight people offers its guests the absolute best of luxury Thai living. The villa has two separate areas, each with its own entrance, enabling two small families or sets of friends to enjoy privacy and seclusion, yet come together in the extensive living areas and outdoor terraces for socializing and dining.

This exceptional holiday villa is close to Tongson Bay and other secluded beaches, and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Also close by are the popular Chewang area with its buzzing nightlife and local amenities, and the many and varied restaurants of the quaint "fisherman's village" in Bophut.

The villa is designed to embrace and enhance the concept of indoor / outdoor living which this wonderful climate allows, and the glorious views from every room and terrace are supplemented by the two infinity edge salt-water pools, one on the east terrace and one on the west, allowing guests to evade or take full advantage of the daytime sun from the separate pool terraces. Both have a sala, and both are fully equipped with sun loungers, side tables and parasols.

The eastern pool terrace and BBQ area, in front of the dining room, is shaded during the afternoons. The massage sala is located here, with views to the beach and surrounding Tongson and Bangrak bays. An upper terrace overhanging the eastern pool terrace is private to the two master bedroom suites. It too offers wonderful views onto the bays, and has its own a Jacuzzi.

The western terrace benefits from the sun all day long, and is designed for relaxation and socializing. The sala on this terrace has its own bar, seating, and a Jacuzzi large enough for eight people. This is the best spot from which to enjoy those tropical sunsets over the islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan! The snooker room, with its restored antique full size snooker table, is half a level up from this terrace and offers a wonderful get-together area for the evenings.

The dining room and TV viewing area overlook the eastern terrace, and the large dining table, placed especially to benefit from the views, caters for up to eight guests. The home entertainment system includes a 50" plasma satellite TV, Denon Amp and DVD player with surround sound.

A professional chef kitchen is located in the basement area, fully equipped for providing anything from snacks and light refreshments to sumptuous dinners.

All of the four bedrooms are beautifully furnished, vast and sumptuous areas, and offer both indoor and outdoor spaces. There is ample hanging and flat storage for guests' casual and formal clothing. The two master suites on the upper level of the east side of the villa enjoy tremendous views, and each room has its own 42" plasma satellite TV / DVD system with Denon surround sound, iPod connection, wireless internet and air conditioning. They share a terrace with its own Jacuzzi. The en suite bathrooms each have a bathtub and separate dressing area.

The other two air conditioned bedrooms are on the west side of the villa. Both have similar storage and entertainment systems as the two master suites. The upper level bedroom has its own private terrace with sun loungers, parasol and table, and the lower suite has an open garden terrace.

The professionally designed fitness room has magnificent views to enjoy while using the extensive range of Techno Gym equipment, including Kinesis machines, treadmill, exercise bike, stepper, cross training and cardio wave machine. There is also a full set of free weights benches and barbells. The rear of the gym is an open terrace offering a stunning water feature with Koi carp and lotuses - very relaxing after a hard workout.
