A generously sized pool is at the heart of this property, and comes with cushioned sun loungers on the surrounding terrace for your relaxation, and the adjoining garden sala, with dining table and chairs, has a ceiling fan to offer complete comfort for al fresco meals.
The living/dining area, which opens onto the poolside, is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a formal dining table for seating up to six guests. A compact kitchen is equipped with western style fittings, hob and oven, and is perfect for preparing light meals, snacks and refreshments for your family and friends. The sitting area offers a large flat screen satellite TV for guests' entertainment, and an iPod dock will pipe your music through the ceiling mounted speakers for a surround-sound musical experience. To reserve this villa we require a completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount due. For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
