This L-shaped villa set on one level in its own tropical landscaped garden is a beautiful, secure and private location for a small family or two couples to enjoy a holiday combining the best of indoor and outdoor living. Part of an exclusive hill side community, this wonderful holiday home is just a short walk from Choeng Mon beach and other local facilities. It is a 10 minute drive to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf course. The quaint "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut and the main tourist centre of Chaweng, with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment are also just a few minutes drive
The villa is fully air conditioned and is designed and furnished throughout in a cool, minimalist style. A generously sized pool is at the heart of this property, and comes with cushioned sun loungers on the surrounding terrace for your relaxation, and the adjoining garden sala, with dining table and chairs, has a ceiling fan to offer complete comfort for al fresco meals.
The living/dining area, which opens onto the poolside, is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a formal dining table for seating up to six guests. A compact kitchen is equipped with western style fittings, hob and oven, and is perfect for preparing light meals, snacks and refreshments for your family and friends. The sitting area offers a large flat screen satellite TV for guests' entertainment, and an iPod dock will pipe your music through the ceiling mounted speakers for a surround-sound musical experience. Complimentary WiFi Internet is also provided in this luxury holiday retreat.
The master bedroom is spacious with a large double bed and built-in wardrobes. It has access to the terrace, pool and garden area. A feature window above the Jacuzzi bathtub opens up the en suite to the master bedroom. The second double bedroom shares a bathroom with the living area.

To reserve this villa we require a completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount due. For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card (a transaction fee is applied to all card payments).
