It is just a short walk from Choeng Mon beach, 10 minutes by car to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf course. The quaint "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut and the main tourist centre of Chaweng, with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment are also just a few minutes drive away.
The fully air conditioned villa is designed and furnished throughout in a cool, minimalist style, with ample and comfortable seating. The open plan living area and the master bedroom suite open directly onto the outside central living space, where you will find the generously sized swimming pool. The surrounding terrace is furnished with cushioned sun loungers for your relaxation, and the adjoining garden sala, with dining table and chairs, has a ceiling fan to offer complete comfort for al fresco meals.
The living/dining area has comfortable sofas and chairs and colourful wall hangings, and a large flat screen satellite TV for your entertainment. The formal dining area with its large table can easily accommodate up to six guests. Also in this part of the villa is the kitchen: compact, yet fully equipped with western style fittings, hob and oven - perfect for preparing light meals, snacks and refreshments for your family and friends. The living area has an adjacent guest bathroom, which is shared with the second bedroom. Complimentary WiFi Internet is also provided in this luxury holiday retreat.
The spacious master bedroom has a large four poster double bed, built-in wardrobes and plenty of hanging and storage space. It has access to the terrace, pool and garden area. Its en suite has twin washbasins and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The second double bedroom, also with ample storage and hanging space, shares its bathroom with the living area.

To reserve this villa we require a completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount due. For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
