A superb holiday location for up to three couples or a grown family wanting the perfect place in which to relax and socialise around the stunning pool with views towards Choeng Mon Bay and the ocean beyond. All just five minutes walk from Choeng Mon beach and other local amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants.
Situated on a hillside in the north east of Koh Samui overlooking Choeng Mon Bay, and within a small and exclusive residential community, this beautiful three-bedroom villa for six is decorated and furnished to a high level of luxury, and there are air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout. It is a 10-minute drive to the airport from the villa, 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf and country club, and also close by is the Bophut Fisherman's Village and the area's main tourist centre of Chaweng.
The villa offers guests free Wi-Fi Internet access, a personal safe, and hair dryers in all three bedrooms. There is also a mobile phone provided for local and other calls (pay-as-you-go).
The superb light and bright open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas, wall-mounted flat screen satellite TV, and an iPod dock for your own choice of music. And the choice is yours too whether to dine inside or out, use the gas barbecue or the top-of-the-range kitchen appliances in the western-style kitchen. There is also a useful breakfast bar and a coffee maker. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for guests' use.
Around the infinity-edge pool the sun loungers invite you to do some serious soaking up of the sun while enjoying the gorgeous views of the bay. There is a pool-side guest bathroom in addition to the three main bedroom bathrooms. Steps lead from the pool area to a large expanse of lawn and landscaped garden, where you can also enjoy the views of the bay.
All of the three spacious guest bedrooms have sea views, are beautifully furnished and have plenty of fitted storage and hanging space. The king sized master bedroom suite has a luxury bathroom with bathtub, shower and twin washbasins. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, and an en suite shower room with two washbasins. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and its en suite shower bathroom has a single handbasin.

To reserve this villa we require a completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount due. For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card (a transaction fee is applied to all card payments).
