Perched on the northeast coast of Koh Samui, in the hills above Bophut, the villa can offer near perfection as a holiday location for its guests. It is a 5-minute drive to the local beach or to Fisherman's Village, 15 minutes to Chaweng, another popular tourist destination, and to the airport, and the Santiburi Golf and Country Club is a 20 minute drive.

The villa itself nestles in its 1,000 sqm of landscaped and lawned grounds, surrounded by the palm trees of Bophut. From the entrance hallway, the main open plan living area is to the right, and the fully equipped western-style kitchen with a breakfast bar, large fridge and freezer, and other modern appliances, is to the left. The living room opens wide its foldaway glass doors to the roof terrace, above the bedrooms. Stairs lead down to these bedroom suites, which have their own small terrace, and on down to the pool and deck. The surrounding gardens are lush and tropical, and there is car parking behind the villa near the entrance.

The property's style is very modern, spacious and cool, with white decor and contrasting accessories, white terrazzo floors, vaulted wooden ceilings, huge foldaway glass doors and individual and custom-made furniture and furnishings. Cool breezes can flow through the rooms when the doors are flung wide, and the Thai concept of fusing indoor and outdoor living comes alive, beckoning all to enjoy a true al fresco and tropical lifestyle. The living room and the bedrooms are all air conditioned, and there is complimentary fibre-optic Wi-FI Internet access throughout the villa, and a 50inch plasma satellite Smart TV/DVD entertainment and music system in the living room. There is an iPod dock for guests' music, and the Moon Terrace is wired for sound.

The layout of the property is a delight, with the main central area being the huge living room, leading onto a roof terrace above the bedroom suites, with a beautiful circular seating area and coffee table (The Moon Terrace) on the right, beyond the outdoor dining area, and there is a further seating area to the left. Going down further to the lower pool terrace, there are sun loungers, a dining sala, and the infinity pool. The shallow children's pool is shaded, and there is a swim-up bar in the main pool and reclining terrazzo bench seats in the third, plunge pool. The dining sala is a great venue for the ultimate al fresco evening meal, while watching the sun disappear on yet another splendid day. There is a guest bathroom on the roof terrace.

The outdoor dining table on the roof terrace can seat 8 guests, and the poolside dining sala has a round table and built-in bench seating.

One the lower level below the roof terrace are all the bedroom suites. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have king size beds, personal safes, hair dryers, wonderful views, and open onto terraces or a balcony with sofas. The master suite is below the circular Moon Terrace, and has a personal furnished balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, its own private garden with a free-standing circular terrazzo bath tub with a candle-lit chandelier, and a walk-in rain shower. The other three bedrooms all have en suites with rain showers.
