This beautiful two-storey villa is set in a small exclusive beachside community a few metres from the stunning and unspoilt Natien Beach in southeast Koh Samui. The villa has four en suite king and double size bedrooms, and two extra rooms linked to two of the main bedrooms that can provide extra accommodation for up to three children. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the bustling town of Lamai, which has plenty of shops, bars and nightlife to offer, is just a short distance away.
All the rooms of this superb holiday villa are fully air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans to complete the tropical atmosphere. The tasteful furnishings brought from the north of Thailand, together with the overall elegant decor and artworks selected by the owners, and each room's individual and adjustable ambient lighting, give this spacious villa a truly stunning feel.
The four main en suite bedrooms are spacious and provide superb accommodation; two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The first floor suites have their own furnished private balconies with sea views. There are three furnished terraces on the ground level, one of which is designed for al fresco dining, and all these areas are shaded from the sun. The sala is next to the 36 sqm private swimming pool, around which there are comfortable sun loungers. An outside bathroom and shower is located close to the pool.
The master bedroom features a four-poster king sized bed and has its own seating area and private balcony overlooking the garden and pool and with views to the nearby beach. There is a spacious en suite bathroom and dressing area. The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, and again, its own private balcony with views to the beach, sea, gardens and swimming pool. The en suite bathroom has a bath tub and shower and a spacious dressing room, which could provide an extra bedroom with fold-away bunk beds. The third king sized bedroom, on the ground floor close to the living area, opens out to the pool and garden. This too has a beautiful en suite bathroom, and a dressing area containing a large single bed. This extra room would be suitable for a child. The fourth bedroom is behind the living area and has two large single beds. This bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom.
The stylish living room is spacious and beautifully furnished to accommodate all the villa's guests. It has direct access to the outside areas and the kitchen, and the home entertainment system of satellite TV/DVD player and full surround sound will provide restful or stimulating evening entertainment. The dining room is equipped for up to eight guests to eat in comfort overlooking the garden and pool. The western style kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, has easy access to both the inside and outside dining areas.
