Situated in an exclusive hill side community overlooking Choeng Mon Bay, the villa is only a short walk from Choeng Mon beach, local shops and restaurants. It is 10 minutes by car to the island's airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf and country club. Fascinating "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut and the main tourist centre of Chaweng, with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment, are also just a few minutes' drive away.

The villa's decor is wonderfully cool and neutral, and natural materials have been used to full effect. It benefits from full air conditioning in the open plan living areas and all bedrooms, ceiling fans in the dining area and all bedrooms, and a state of the art satellite TV/media/sound system for the living area. There are poolside speakers for diverting guests' music outside to the terrace. The living room has a drop down projector screen as well as a 42" plasma screen TV.

The central level of the villa is the main entertaining quarter, with its sun terrace and pool area, loungers and an al fresco dining set. Part of the terrace is covered, and has cooling ceiling fans, just in case a break is needed from non-stop sunshine. The views towards the ocean and little island are breathtaking, and worthy of quiet contemplation. Later, for evening social gatherings, bring on the music from the sound system! There is a poolside shower and a Jacuzzi.

The open plan living area is at pool level and offers guests comfortable sofas and a choice of screens for viewing the large library of films and shows kept on the entertainment system. The formal round dining table can seat 6. The well-equipped kitchen is western style and modern, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The villa has an iron and ironing board for guests' use, and there is an additional bathroom off the dining room.

The four main bedroom suites have wonderful sea views and a flat screen TV/DVD system. 

The master bedroom suite is on the villa's upper floor, and is a huge room with stunning sea views in two directions. In addition to the features shared by the other three suites, it has a king sized bed, a personal safe and a lounge area. There are also two balconies with this room, and the rear one is furnished with two arm chairs. Its en suite has twin washbasins, a shower enclosure and an outdoor Jacuzzi bath tub. Bedroom suites 2 and 3 are on the same level as the pool and both have gorgeous sea views. They have king sized beds, and one has a convertible chair/single bed. The en suites to these bedrooms have twin washbasins, a shower enclosure and a bath tub.

Bedroom 4 is on the lower pool level. As well as its own wonderful sea views, this room has its own private terrace equipped with a table and four chairs. There is also a day bed in the main bedroom. The en suite also has twin hand basins, a shower enclosure and a bath tub. Bedroom 5 is on the same level and enjoys an outlook over the garden. It has two single beds and an en suite with washbasin and shower. This bedroom has a small kitchen with a gas hob, and a table and chairs for two.
