Walking into the villa through its vast glass doors, the dimensions, light and overall splendour create serenity and pleasure to all who visit. The wrap-around glass walls face the pool and decking, and offer views to the distant sea in all directions. The furnishings in the living area are of the highest standard and provide soft and luxurious comfort. The dining area has a large circular table, which will easily accommodate ten guests. The western-style fully equipped kitchen is at the back of the living area, separated by an island storage unit. Also at the back of the living area, on a raised mezzanine floor, is the TV room with a large LCD satellite TV and daybed. Below this floor is a guest bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

The wooden terrace by the pool encircles the living area and provides both sunny and shady relaxation on the comfortable cushioned sun beds. Four of the bedroom suites open out onto this decking, and the BBQ area here also provides al fresco dining for ten. The pool itself has three infinity edges, so that no view of the surrounding seascape is missed. The pool includes two platforms on which double daybeds can be placed for couples to enjoy some private retreat time while taking in the amazing scenery.

There are four vast bedroom suites on the villa's main floor, each of a similar design. They all have king size beds, LCD TV/DVD and sound system, an iPod dock, luxury en suite bathrooms with sunken bath tubs, twin hand sinks and walk-in rain showers. The fifth bedroom is accessed from the lower level, reached by stairs leading from the pool terracing. This bedroom also features a king size bed, satellite LCD TV/DVD, iPod dock, and a freestanding bath tub. All five bedrooms have ample hanging and storage space in their large built-in wardrobes. This level of the villa also houses all the other amenities provided for guests, such as the dedicated cinema, gym, spa and sauna.
