The villa has been decorated and furnished to an exceptional level of relaxed comfort and style in keeping with the overall appeal of the property and location. It is just 10 minutes by car to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf course. The quaint "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut and the main tourist centre of Chaweng, with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment are also just a few minutes' drive away.

There is full air conditioning throughout the villa and in addition, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the outside terrace. Views of the beautiful blue waters of the bay are available from all bedrooms, the pool terrace and the living room. All bedrooms have a personal safe and a hair dryer, and the integrated music system offers built-in speakers both inside the villa and outside on the terrace. Four of the bedrooms, the living room and games room are linked to the media server, satellite television system and the internet.

Located on the lower level of this villa are the games room, which includes a pool table, seating, fridge, TV/DVD and a guest bathroom, and a queen size bedroom, with an en suite bathroom of shower and twin washbasins.

The middle level of the villa is the main socialising space for guests, as it includes the open plan living room, the pool and terrace, and two queen en suite bedrooms. The living room has comfortable soft sofas, a wall mounted flat screen satellite TV/DVD, and coffee and occasional tables. The dining room enjoys wonderful views over the villa's terrace to the bay beyond, and the kitchen has a four-seater breakfast bar to augment the beautiful wood dining table, and is fully equipped to western standards. There is a guest bathroom next to the living area. The pool and surrounding terrace encourage lazy afternoons spent relaxing, reading, sunbathing - or just taking in the views from the sun loungers or outside sofas - and perhaps a lap or two in the infinity-edge pool. The two bedrooms on this level are queen sized and both have spacious en suite bathrooms with a bath tub, shower, and twin washbasins.

The villa's upper level houses the master king size bedroom with a luxury en suite comprising a bath tub, shower and twin washbasins, and one twin bedded room, also with its own en suite comprising a shower and single washbasin.
