Located in the Samujana residential estate, the villa is built on three levels and has terrific views over its pool and grounds to Chaweng bay and the island of Koh Matlang. This totally private and secluded villa is close to the island's main tourist attractions with Chaweng and Choeng Mon beaches just a 5 minute drive, and the championship golf course at Santiburi golf and country club 30 minutes away. This is truly an elegant and splendidly appointed holiday location, offering guests contemporary Thai indoor-outdoor living, and all the modern facets of life, such as complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access and computer, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the study/cinema room, and a projector satellite TV/DVD system.

The villa's main living area and its L-shaped infinity edge pool are situated on the middle level of the three, and are reached after entering through large double wooden gates. The living area is open sided, and there are several ceiling fans over both the dining room and the sunken seating area, where there are huge sumptuous sofas to comfortably accommodate 8 people. A large dining table sits between the lounge and the kitchen, which is very modern, western style and fully equipped. There is a large serving counter through to the dining area.

The living room features a dedicated sound system and dimmer-controlled lighting, and the sand-wash deck between here and the pool make this space an ideal entertainment and social area. The deck is liberally equipped with sun loungers for all guests to take comfortable and lengthy advantage of the exceptional views from this villa. To the rear of the living room is the sound-proofed AV/home cinema room that also doubles as a study, which has built in sofas and a large pull-down projection screen for viewing the satellite TV or DVDs. The computer system is set up on a large desk in this room. The feature picture window offers wonderful views across the pool and on to the ocean. There is a further guest bathroom on this level of the villa.

The stairway to two of the luxury and stylish bedroom suites is at the back of the living room, and the other two bedrooms are reached by a stairway descending from the far side of the pool. All the bedrooms are of a similar design, with slide-away glass walls, large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans as well as air conditioners, and they all have beautiful sea views. Decking furnished with sun loungers separates the two upstairs suites and from here there are mesmerising views towards the distant sea and coastline across a reflection pool set on the roof to the living room. Stunning! The two bedroom suites on the downstairs level share the lower sun deck, which is equipped with double day beds. Here too is the BBQ for guests to use.

The en suite bathrooms to all four of the bedrooms each have walk-in rain showers and twin wash basins. As well as the shower, the two en suites on the upper floor also feature an open air Jacuzzi each.
