The clean, strong lines of the villa provide a cool peaceful environment for guests, and a tall, natural stone wall divides it from its adjoining neighbour, ensuring privacy and security. The furnishings are contemporary and striking, with the palette leaning to the monochrome. At its heart this beautiful villa has a large, slate-tiled swimming pool and wood decking area equipped with sun loungers and chairs. The pool's infinity edge seems to meld into the sea beyond, and at this end of the pool there is sunken bench seating for really taking advantage of the views.

An open-sided pavilion is the main living area, which includes relaxed comfortable seating, dining and cooking areas. It just begs to be the main entertainment and socialising space: it is shaded, cooled by ceiling fans and hints of the wonderful breezes coming off the ocean. There are soft sofas, and a large dining table for eight on which to serve family meals from the fully equipped western-style kitchen. The roll-back screens on the open sides of this living area allow for extra shade when wanted. Next to the living room is a guest bathroom and shower. Also here is a glass-walled home cinema, with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system and ample seating.

At the rear of the living area is a stairway leading to the top floor where two of the three en-suite double bedrooms are to be found, one either side of the landing. Both of these master suites have bathrooms with bath tubs and indoor and outdoor rain showers. A lower level of the property houses the third, slightly smaller, double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. All three suites have ample storage and hanging space for clothes in the built-in wardrobes, and within these closets each bedroom has its own private safe for valuables. Each bedroom also has a private balcony, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
