5 Bedroom Beach Villa with Private Pool at Lipa Noi Koh Samui

A luxury beach front villa with west-facing sea views for those stunning sunsets awaits you!  Fully equipped for a maximum of 10 guests, this beautiful property offers a private 19m lap pool, your own patch of white sand, palm trees , landscaped gardens, spacious, relaxed and stylish living - yet all within short driving distances of shopping, dining and night-time entertainment.

Intricately carved double doors bid you welcome to this villa, which is made up of five living pavilions, all linked by the natural stone pathways meandering through the beautiful grounds, lawns, water features and lush tropical plants. Its location on the west coast of Koh Samui guarantees perfect evening settings, enjoying the flaming sunset views across the ocean while sipping a cocktail to help you decide whether to eat in, cook on the BBQ, or sample some seafood in the famous "Big John" restaurant just 100m along the beach. And during the day, if you can tear yourself away from the beautiful beach on your doorstep or the private slate-bordered pool, then Nathon, the islands main town is just a 10 minute drive away, Lamai Beach is 20 minutes distant, and a few extra minutes will find the main tourist centre of Chaweng. For our golfing guests, the championship Santiburi Golf and Country Club is a half hour's drive away.

The villa is beautifully furnished with gorgeous Thai silks and artefacts, and the decor makes full use of natural materials such as slate, teak and stone. There are high vaulted wood panelled ceilings, teak floors and foldaway glass walls opening up the living spaces to the outside in true Thai style, allowing in those gentle sea breezes. Ample sun loungers and parasols populate the decking by the pool, and a large 4-poster day bed sits on the lawn between the pool and the beachfront. The pool is a large lap pool with slate tiling bordering its edges and it has an integrated Jacuzzi.

The open-plan living area opens up onto the pool decking, creating a large social space for friends and family get-togethers. There is a large and comfortable seating area with a satellite TV/DVD media centre in the living room, and the dining area can seat ten. The fully equipped western-style kitchen provides all the necessities for making simple snacks and refreshments, or grander cuisine and more formal dining. Plus don't forget the outdoor barbecue!

The main master bedroom beachfront suite is opposite the living room, and also opens onto the pool deck. This has a king size bed, a daybed, desk and an en suite bathroom with an outdoor bathtub and shower and an open window feature onto the lotus pond.

The other four bedrooms are located in two separate buildings at the rear of the garden. There are two sea view suites, one on the first floor of each of these pavilions. They both have a king size bed and sofa and their en suites have bath tubs and showers. The two garden view suites are on the ground floor. These bedrooms have queen size beds and en suite shower rooms.

Each of these luxurious en-suite bedroom suites has air conditioning, a personal safe, mini-bar, TV/DVD player and ample closet space. There is also Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the villa.
