This splendid holiday home is only a 5 minute drive to Chaweng and Lamai, 15 to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi Golf and Country Club. Restaurants, clubs and night time entertainment are therefore close at hand, but your villa itself, perched on the rocky coast, will be a haven of sun, sea, breath-taking views, and tranquillity - for you, your friends and family.

The villa is fully air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan in the lounge area. Throughout the villa guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi internet access, and all rooms have those wonderful ocean views. The interior decor is cool and modern, using neutral and natural colours, and the furnishings do not compromise the spaciousness of the rooms, giving the whole property a feeling of uncluttered sophistication.

The three stages of the villa begin at the top, third level, which includes the entrance, parking and the staff quarters. On the next floor down there are three of the bedroom suites, and on the first level are found the main living area, the master bedroom suite, and the pool. Below this are the rocks, and here there is a lower sun terrace, a steam room and a massage area. From each of the elegant rooms and levels of this villa you can imagine yourself cruising serenely on a huge ocean liner, with nothing but a wide expanse of continuous blue before your eyes.

The living room is open plan, and has large, white ‘Jim Thompson’ sofas facing the quite fabulous ocean view, and another for viewing the 52” wall-mounted satellite LCD TV/DVD home entertainment screen. For your own choice of music an iPod dock is provided with a surround sound system. The dining area has an extra large table able to accommodate 12 guests in comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped and western-styled. The fold-back glass doors along the main length of the living room open the whole area onto the limestone deck leading to the pool, and convert this space into a splendid location for socialising and relaxing.

The pool itself is a 20-metre infinity edge lap pool, made from white terrazzo. The darker hours are when this area really astonishes, as the coloured underwater lights begin to glow and take you through their range of shades – what could be more inviting for an early evening dip? The deck between the living room and the pool is partially covered, and is furnished with enormous double sun beds with cushions and parasols.

The deck runs on to the far side of the living room and a feature waterfall, and here it is now open to the full sun. Further on is a beautiful Koi pond and the master bedroom suite, and stairs taking you to the upper level. Between the pool and the sea is a further wood sun deck, access by stairs from the far end of the pool terrace. Here too are the massage room, gym, steam room, shower, and access to the sea over the rocks.

All four en suite bedrooms in the villa have 32” wall mounted LCD satellite TV/DVD systems, are spacious and uncluttered, and have gorgeous en suite bathrooms featuring walk-in rain showers, twin hand basins and free standing terrazzo bath tubs. There are king sized beds in three of the suites, and twin beds in the other. The master bedroom suite on the pool terrace has a four-poster king size bed, a walk-in closet, and its own private lounge furnished with chaise-longues. The three other bedroom suites are on the second level of the villa.
