Beautifully designed for tropical living by an award winning Hong Kong architect, this 2-level property offers stylish and modern elegance in all its living and sleeping spaces. Set high on the crest of a hill overlooking the ocean and villages below, it is in a gated and secure site, offering full privacy and seclusion. The location also allows the most splendid views over the ocean towards Ko Phangan. The constant subdued sounds of the villa’s two waterfalls add to the stunning features on visual display, which include a huge green Buddha in the living room, high vaulted wood ceilings, and a huge crystal chandelier over the dining table. In addition, the digital mood lighting system in the living area allows guest to create the ambience of their choice every evening. For those of a more active nature, should relaxing on the sun loungers begin to pall, there are the sauna, gym and 25m infinity edge lap pool to choose from. If you need to keep in touch via the Internet, the complimentary broadband Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the whole villa will let you do so.

The main living area of the villa is a large open plan space. There is a comfortable seating area for viewing the 52” LCD flatscreen satellite TV/DVD, or for enjoying the music from the iPod dock via the stereo surround sound, and next to it is a dining space with a large wood table that can easily and comfortably seat 12 people and over which is suspended the crystal chandelier from the high vaulted wood ceiling. The fully equipped granite-topped kitchen features an island unit and all the usual appliances, plus a wine chiller, blender and an Espresso machine for that early morning pick-me-up. As well as air conditioning in the living and dining areas, there are also ceiling fans for that authentic tropical touch.

The living area opens up onto the pool terrace where sun loungers and small sofas invite you to recline and relax, soaking up the sun and the views. To the right, a sunken pool-side entertainment sala is the perfect place to enjoy the scenery, and before it, cooling in the pool, are the in-pool bar stone stools to perch on. There are electric cook tops, a fridge and a wine chiller, and al fresco dining seating which allow evening meals to be enjoyed by up to 10 guests. The state of the art surround sound system lets the music flow even here, and the lights twinkling below at nighttime provide the perfect magical effect for early evening sundowner cocktails.

All five king-size bedroom suites are air conditioned, have personal safes, mini fridges and seating areas. Large glass doors open up onto balconies where there is further seating for taking in the stunning scenery. All en suites feature free-flowing rain showers, terrazzo bath tubs, twin hand wash basins, and polished stainless steel fixtures.
