5 Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool at Chaweng Koh Samui

This luxurious three level contemporary style villa offers stunning panoramic views from its many hillside terraces and the infinity edge lap pool, spanning from Big Buddha to the north and the white sands of Chaweng Noi beach further south.  Its many amenities include TVs and DVD/CD players in all bedrooms, iPod dock, desktop computer, free Wi-Fi internet access, Jacuzzi's and well equipped gym.

This palatial holiday location set on the hillside on the edge of Chaweng is totally private and secluded, but is just a 5 minute drive from Chaweng Beach and 10 minutes from Chaweng itself, which offers a host of shops, restaurants and entertainment for the discerning guest. It is also within an easy drive to Fisherman�s Village at Bophut (about 20 minutes) and the Santiburi Golf and Country Club is half an hour away. Daytimes spent at home, in splendid seclusion, sunbathing, swimming and relaxing, can quickly and easily become trips into town for shopping, sight-seeing or a meal out with your friends and family.

The villa is a beautiful setting for its cool and natural decor, aimed to sooth the eye and cool the foot. The strength of wood, stone and granite, the beauty of the rock gardens, the subtle sounds of fountains and the shimmering of ponds, all provide an environment designed to please and welcome. Each room is furnished with both style and comfort in mind, and the slide-away glass walls blur the delineations of inside and outside for true tropical living.

Designed over three levels on the hills above Chaweng, the villa's centrepiece at its lower level is the infinity edge pool with its large sandstone deck furnished with sunloungers and parasols. At the far end of the terrace there is a traditional sala, for guests to dine al fresco or relax in the shade it provides. Stairs from the pool terrace lead to the main living area where a sumptuous leather corner sofa and chairs around a large coffee table invite you to relax and linger. The living room has a balcony and from both there are wonderful sea views. An iPod dock is available for guests' own choice of music to be played over the high spec stereo system, which includes outdoor speakers. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is opposite the living room, and there is a separate staff kitchen on the lower floor. The BBQ deck is beyond the guest kitchen and offers a gas grill for guests' use. This area is surrounded by a landscaped garden, with yet more sunloungers.

All five of the master bedroom suites are air conditioned and have satellite LCD TV/DVD systems, a personal safe and en suite bathroom. There is a choice of three king size beds, one queen size and one twin bedded room. All bathrooms have showers, and four have terrazzo bath tubs. The king size master bedroom suite is located in a private wing on the top floor of the villa. It has its own huge balcony with gorgeous sea views and a terrazzo Jacuzzi with underwater colour lighting. In addition its bathroom has indoor and outdoor walk-in rain showers and a terrazzo bath tub.

A twin wing on the top floor has two further bedroom suites: a queen suite and the twin bedded suite. On the floor below is a fourth bedroom which opens onto a deck with sunloungers and a parasol, and this suite also has a terrazzo Jacuzzi. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a desk, and computer.

For those wishing to maintain some fitness while on holiday they will be pleased to see some gym equipment in the fifth bedroom, and a table tennis table in the large car port below the pool.
