Situated in a top quality residential area of Choeng Mon, this stunning holiday home is private and quiet, yet within easy driving distances of the island's top restaurants, shops and night life at Chaweng and Fisherman's Village at Bophut, and a five minute walk to one of Ko Samui's best beaches at Choeng Mon, where the white sands and beautiful waters entice you to sit, stay and play.

The villa itself is fully air conditioned, and has three double en suite bedrooms. The architecture, furnishings, wall art and appliances are of a high specification, and fuse Asian style and cool decor with Western efficiency and modernity. The grounds extend to 400 sq meters and are walled for privacy, and the villa has a living space of 250 sq meters. The villa is set back from the road with ample parking just outside. The living room has a large flat screen TV for satellite and cable channels, and a DVD player and music system. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is provided at the property for guests' use, and there is a BBQ for some creative cuisine.

The central pool creates a soothing blue theme between villa and the far wall of the garden, and there are sun loungers on the pool terrace, plus tables and chairs for enjoying some al fresco eating. There is a convenient exterior pool shower. The sala on the far side of the pool has large sun / massage beds on which to relax out of the hot noonday rays of the sun.

The living room combines the seating / entertainment area and the dining room, which has a large table and six chairs for more formal indoor dining. Adjacent to this is the Western style fully equipped kitchen, and there is also a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine. A feature of the seating end of the living room is a huge angular wall of glass windows from floor to ceiling, allowing the light and views of the pool to flow inside.

Each of the three bedroom suites is spacious, light and airy like the rest of the house, and has plenty of built-in clothes storage. There are double beds in each bedroom with individual feature bedding colours, complementary colour-toned wall art and other accessories. The en suite to the master bedroom features a double hand basin set on a black marble top, and a rain shower. The other two bathroom suites have single hand basins on black marble, and rain showers.
