The villa's setting in its own private tropical garden on a coconut tree lined avenue, and the subtle blend of Asian style with Western modern convenience will entrance everyone who stays at this unique property. Earthy colours and natural materials such as wood, marble and leather have been used throughout, and together with the full air conditioning, indoor and outdoor ceiling fans, and breezes wafting in through the many sliding glass doors, the inside and outside merge into a cool and refreshing single living space.

Set in the south east of Ko Samui, this exclusive locality is quiet and tranquil, yet shops, restaurants and nightspots are not far away. It is half an hour from the main tourist centre of Chaweng with all its bustle and attractions, including one of the best beaches on the island, and the Santiburi Golf and Country club is also a 30 minute drive. It is 35 minutes away from Ko Samui International Airport. Close by is Lamai Beach, at 10 minutes' distance, but if you prefer to leave the car at home, then take a short walk along the villa's private avenue and you will reach the white sand of Nahai Beach, a safe and quiet spot for children to play and paddle, and for adults to relax.

The ground floor of the 2-storey main villa is open-plan and comprises the villa's central living and entertainment space. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests and it is next to the fully equipped Western style kitchen, which has all the appliances and equipment necessary for snack and refreshment preparation, or more formal style cuisine. There is a breakfast bar too – ideal for any early morning risers. The dining room has large sliding doors that open up the indoor dining space to the one outside, so that larger parties can easily be catered for, or to allow the breeze to add its energy to that from the ceiling fan. The comfortable main sitting area offers relaxed seating from which to enjoy the home theatre and music system, and includes a large flat screen TV/DVD. Also in this living area and adjacent to the kitchen is another small sitting area with a TV - ideal for the children.

The villa's private pool varies in depth from 0.90m to 1.60m and at one end is a thatched roof bar, with sunken seating: a favourite with the younger guests! At the other end is a little wooden bridge spanning the pool - again, a much-loved feature of the pool area with the children. Sun loungers surround the pool on the sandstone terracing for the adults to keep an eye on the minors. The al fresco dining terrace is shaded, but there is also an outdoor fan if required. Ten guests can dine here in comfort.

On the first floor of the villa are two of the four bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk alcove, a walk-in dressing room and its own en suite bathroom with tiled floor, a shower, and twin hand basins set in marble tops. This bedroom suite also features its own private furnished balcony. The second bedroom suite is on this floor too, with a king size bed, walk-in dressing room and again, its own private balcony. There is also another, single bed in this room, together with a further pull-out mattress. The en suite shower room has marble floors and counter tops, a single hand basin, indoor and open-air showers plus a bathtub.

The other two bedrooms of this villa are located in the separate guest suite. Bedroom three opens directly onto the pool terrace. It has a queen size bed, its own sitting area, a small kitchen and an en suite shower room with marble floors and counter tops, a single hand basin and both indoor and open-air showers, plus a bathtub. Above it, and reached by a spiral staircase, is the fourth bedroom suite. This has two single bunk beds and two single twin beds, and is ideal for up to four children. It is spacious enough to become a children's play area, and there is plenty of shelving to house all their games and toys. The fourth bathroom is on the ground floor, and has shared access. It has a shower and marble tops with a single hand basin.
