This property is one of 36 privately owned properties each with its own pool, and conveniently located in this exclusive resort on the hillside between Chaweng and Choeng Mon, which are deemed to be two of the best beaches in Samui. It is only a 20 minute drive away from the Santiburi Golf and Country club, and five to the airport. The 55 km ring road which circles the island is perfect for scenic outings to the neighbouring or further-flung secluded beaches, or for a 4x4 driving adventure jungle trek to the waterfalls. And there are many excellent dive and snorkelling centres on Koh Samui, and boat trips can easily be organised to visit the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan, or a leisurely cruise around Ko Samui.

The whole property is beautifully and comfortably furnished, is fully air conditioned, and has Wi-FI Internet access throughout. There is also plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxation, with sun loungers and parasols on the sun deck, and the sala pavilion has cushions and mattresses for restful reading, some invigorating massage, or just enjoying the views!

Entering the property through the villa’s own wooden gates the three single-storey pavilions are seen around a lush landscaped courtyard, the private 6 x 4 metre pool and the large sun deck, where a tall frangipani tree offers shade and white-blossomed fragrance. Should guests tire of the privacy of their own pool and terrace, there are additional pools and facilities on the resort’s beachfront to try.

The villa’s living area and kitchen face out to the sea over the pool and sun deck. This spacious open plan area is bright and airy, with a vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors opening onto the outside pool terrace. The living room has cool marble flooring and a comfortable L-shaped sofa unit, coffee table, satellite television and home theatre system, plus in the dining area, a dining table with six chairs, and there is a breakfast bar with three chairs dividing the kitchen from the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dish washer and there are fitted cupboards containing all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils guest might require. A separate utility room off the kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bedrooms have polished hard wooden floors, built-in wardrobes and separate bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom is in one of the side pavilions, and as well as a four poster king size bed and its own dressing room, there is a home theatre system and the en suite has a large bath, twin hand basins and both an indoor and outdoor garden shower. On the other side of the sundeck are two further bedrooms. One is a queen size double facing the sea, and the other is a twin-bedded room to the rear. Both the master bedroom and the second double bedroom have sea-facing balconies, giving views to picturesque Chaweng Bay. The second bedroom also has en-suite bathroom facilities. The third, twin bedroom’s bathroom is located just off the entrance corridor, and doubles as a guest bathroom with easy access from the pool deck.

Resort facilities available to villa guests include a 25m infinity edge pool, children’s pool, children’s play club, gym, spa, library, private beach, domed restaurant overlooking the beach, and huge deck bar with canopied sofas overlooking the beach which also serves light meals and refreshments.
