Take in the sweeping panoramic views on one of the patios or swing lazily in a beachside hammock, before taking a refreshing dip in the infinity pool.

This luxury villa is decorated in such a way that it complements the natural surroundings. There is a strong focus on natural materials both inside and out, including sandstone flooring and rich tropical hardwood timber frames play a vital role in the structure of the building.

On the outside, cedar shingled roofs complete the natural yet stylish look of this stunning villa. The 20 metre infinity edge pool and the surrounding patio area with sandstone decking and sun terrace area are complete with sun loungers and fit in beautifully with the dramatic garden backdrop. The pool area also has a large shallow ledge area which is great for sunbathing or for children to splash around.

The villa is raised above the beach for enhanced privacy and security. The property benefits from gated access. Being raised above the beach also serves to maximise the beautiful views regardless of where in the villa you are situated. The sunrise views across the sea are dazzling and well worth rising early for.

An abundance of facilities are on offer including a huge satellite plasma screen TV and DVD system in the main living area as well as the bedrooms. There is a choice of communal areas for guests to relax in. A large open plan living area houses a lounge complete with two comfortable sofas either side of a sleek and wooden table and a large satellite TV poised and ready for an evening of home entertainment. Numerous ceiling fans combined with 10m high ceilings and the overhanging roof make air flow refreshingly through the property keeping it cool and comfortable regardless of the temperatures outside.

The main living area opens out onto the sundeck which is furnished with comfortable daybeds, providing the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, whilst a set of stairs at the back of the living area lead up to an elevated dining area and kitchen which is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob and a full range of modern appliances. A solid hardwood dining table seats up to 20 people, whilst the nearby relaxation sala is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a coffee table.

The villa offers a unique outdoor entertainment experience with projector and a 120 inch screen next to the infinity pool making the most of the natural splendour whilst relaxing with a film.

There are five spacious bedroom suites and can sleep ten guests in comfort. The rooms are all air-conditioned and furnished to provide the utmost luxury. The rooms have private balconies with sun loungers for guests to enjoy the tranquil surroundings and the breathtaking views. A communal terrace fronts the two middle level bedrooms with an additional outdoor shower and bathroom.

The villa is located on a small, quiet beach where your daily activities can include swimming and water sports or just a leisurely stroll. Should you decide to venture out, the villa is within walking distance of local shops, bars, restaurants and spas as well as the famous Hin Ta, Hin Yai rock formations and a Buddhist temple. It's a 25 minute drive to the Airport, 40 minutes to the Santiburi Golf Club and 20 minutes to Chaweng.
