It's 35 minutes from Koh Samui's International Airport, 25 from the Santiburi Golf and Country Club, and just 15 from Nikki Beach Resort at Lipa Noi. Activities such as water sports and boat trips to other islands, plus Tiger Zoo, the Butterfly Gardens and the Aquarium are a very short distance away.

The approach to the villa is from the parking area, through large double wooden doors, onto a small terrace and private garden from which steps lead down to the pool area on the lower level. A covered entrance opens into the main open plan living room on the middle level. Here the panoramic views are welcomed into the room through a huge picture window, taking up the main part of one wall. To one side of this large spacious room is a flat screen satellite TV/DVD player and entertainment centre with surround sound, and comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all. A pair of patio doors open onto a balcony area for first hand enjoyment of the superb scenery.

To the rear of the living area is a further balcony from which to soak up the views, with seating for four. Next to the pool is a covered seating area together with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and al fresco dining table. The games area here has table football and a pool table, plus seating and a home theatre.

Each of the magnificent bedroom suites at this villa has a stupendous ocean view, a comfortable king-size bed, seating area, desk, flat screen TV/DVD player, personal safe, a hair dryer and a large closet. All the en suite bathrooms have rain showers. In addition, the master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and twin hand basins.
