Stayed Jul/Aug 11 I would just like to say thank you for a great time. Collection from the airport and return journey was prompt. The villa was excellent and perfectly situated, close to all amenities.I would have no hestiation in re-booking next time we visit Koh Samui.

A spacious and elegantly designed villa in its own landscaped grounds offering privacy and a truly splendid tropical setting for your Koh Samui holiday.  Equipped for eight guests, this four double bedroomed home is comfortably appointed to European tastes and boasts its own full-size billiard / pool table, private pool, extensive terracing and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.

Located in a tranquil residential area in the centre of Chaweng, this stunning two storey villa is only 2 kms from Chaweng beach, considered to be one of the best on the island with its beautiful white sands and safe seas. The town of Chaweng has everything you might need, from ATMs and shops, to top-notch restaurants, bars and evening entertainment. Koh Samui's international airport is a 10 minute drive away, and in 30 minutes you can be at the Santiburi Golf and country club. Fisherman's Village, an elegant and beautifully preserved part of Bophut, is just 10 minutes away.

The villa bids you welcome as you enter through its automatic gates into an impressive courtyard, with covered parking for two vehicles, and outdoor parking for two more. The gardens surrounding the property are planted with colourful tropical plants and trees offering shade at certain times of the day from the sun, and there is a feature pond and waterfall.

The large rectangular swimming pool is situated at the rear of the property, and has wide shallow steps leading into its depths. Two large elephant head fountains on the far wall spout into the pool, offering the soothing sound of falling water to those relaxing on the terrace sun loungers. Two of the bedrooms and the living room open onto the decking by the pool, both of which are shaded at times, and are therefore comfortable places for swimming and socialising or quietly enjoying a good book. Music can be piped via the sound system to outside speakers. There is also a small dining table on the terrace for morning coffee, or an al fresco meal prepared on the gas barbecue.

The hall and entrance of the villa is large, bright and airy and leads directly to the dining area. Beyond this and to the left is the very big European style and fully equipped kitchen and the billiard / pool table area is beyond the kitchen. The kitchen has granite worktops, and includes a very large modern ice and water dispensing refrigerator. Further into the villa is the living room, which is large and comfortably furnished, with a spacious wrapround sofa from which to enjoy the entertainment provided by the villa's large DVD library, on the 60" flat screen satellite TV and surround sound speakers. Both the kitchen and the living room have air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is a guest bathroom on this floor.

The two master bedroom suites on the upper level have king size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and spacious en suite bathrooms with bath tubs, showers and hair dryers. The floors to these two bedrooms are a beautiful dark wood. The master bedroom suite features a walk-in closet, a personal safe, its own satellite TV/DVD and a refrigerator, and opens onto a private furnished balcony with views to the distant mountains.

On the lower level of the villa is another guest bedroom suite, with a king size bed, views onto the pool and gardens, and its own shower en suite. Another large room on this ground floor doubles as an office and fourth bedroom, if needed. It has a sofa bed for guests to use, and although it does not have its own en suite, the ground floor guest bathroom is nearby.

For bookings of less than 1 week (3 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
