A warm welcome awaits guests to the splendid cool luxury offered at this bright and spacious villa, which is built around a central large infinity edge swimming pool and surrounding terracing. Waterfalls and koi carp fishponds feature in the entrance garden, which you must enjoy before entering the main pavilion.

Set directly on the beach, and close to the village of Hua Thanon, a Thai township largely untouched by modern development, this beautiful villa on the south coast of Samui overlooks both Koh Taen and Koh Matsum. Your privacy and seclusion are guaranteed here, yet you are just a 15 minute drive from the town of Lamai, and 35 minutes to Koh Samui International Airport.

The open plan living room has a high vaulted ceiling, light decor and modern wood and water hyacinth furniture, a dining table for 8 and two soft and comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen is behind one of two large wooden doors featured here. The second leads to a guest washroom and the study, fitted with WiFi broadband ADSL. There is a satellite TV/DVD/CD system in the living area.

The light and airy feel to this holiday villa continues throughout the two main hallways that flow down either side of the villa. The first leads you to a twin bedded suite. This suite includes a writing desk, and the en suite bathroom with shower has sliding doors opening to the swimming pool and decking. Continuing further you will find the master double bedroom suite, which has large wardrobes in the hallway and an en suite with twin hand wash basins, an oval shaped bath tub overlooking the ocean and a separate shower. This suite enjoys sea views all around, and has sliding doors to the terrace and pool.

The remaining two double bedroom suites are on the other side of the villa. These suites share an inter-connecting bathroom. The front room enjoys the surrounding sea views, and both overlook the pool.

The pool terrace has sun loungers and parasols, a dining table for al fresco meals, and the part closest to the villa is shaded by the villa's overhanging roof. There is a pool shower for dusting off the sand before swimming.

The central pool and terrace area lead down to the beach, where there is more seating.

The tide can retract up to 100m in the summer low tide season, allowing plenty of safe and exciting rock pool exploration for the children.
