4 Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool at Chaweng Samui

A fabulous four bedroom villa on the northeast hillside coast of Koh Samui with superb sunrise and ocean views.  Private and secluded, yet within easy driving distances of the island's top tourist spots, the union of modern western and Balinese design features, together with state of the art facilities, promise the ideal setting for a perfect vacation for friends or families.

A spacious home set over three levels, an infinity edge lap pool, cool breezes and extraordinary views from the hillside setting – this really is a stunning property. Its location on the hillside above Chaweng, on the northeast of the island, means it is a 15 minute drive from the airport and from Bophut's Fisherman's Village, which is worthy of many visits to its beachside restaurants and coffee bars, shops and night spots. The renowned Santiburi Golf and Country Club is about 30 minutes away. Chaweng's restaurants, bars and shops, plus its beautiful 5km white sand beach are just a 5 minute drive.

The villa itself is a haven of cool design and décor, using simple, clean lines and a profusion of white and cream furnishings with colourful accessories. There are antique wood, stone or metal sculptures; natural materials such as limestone, rattan, granite and makuti; then there's glass, mirrors, huge pots and urns, stunning lights and landscaping, air-conditioned bedrooms, and ceiling fans in every room. The villa also offers complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, a satellite plasma TV/DVD surround-sound system, an iPod dock and a sunken Jacuzzi.

Starting at the top level of this wonderful holiday villa there are three of the four bedroom suites. All suites have king size beds, built-in wardrobes, a personal safe, mini bar, air conditioning and ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have access to a large, furnished balcony which overlooks the garden and lush tropical growth below and on out to the ocean. Each en suite has a large rain shower, glass hand basin and private walled garden. Two of the en suites also have oval terrazzo bathtubs. One bedroom suite is slightly larger than the other two and this has a plasma-screen satellite TV/DVD surround sound system, which can also be piped into the bathroom. A wide flight of limestone stairs leads down to the next and lower level of the villa.

The second level houses the living area, consisting of the western style kitchen, sitting area and dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all modern appliances and has a feature breakfast bar with stools for the early risers to enjoy their first cup of coffee or juice of the day. It has grey granite work surfaces and is fitted with luxury appliances. A limestone paved area separates the kitchen from the open plan living space, and here there is a small pool with huge stepping stones, and a quiet seating area before a wall alcove containing a large Buddha statue.

The living room has a variety of soft and sumptuous cream sofas and chairs, coffee tables, a large plasma-screen satellite TV/DVD surround-sound entertainment system, dimmer-controlled halogen lighting and concealed ceiling lights. Huge fold-back glass doors open out onto the surrounding balcony which has views down onto the pool on the level below, and the sea beyond. The balcony is also furnished. The dining room end of the living area has a glass-topped dining table with seating for 6-8 guests.

The lower, sun-deck level has a huge limestone deck, and the 18m long lap pool. The deck has sun loungers, a sunken Jacuzzi, an open air shower and there is a beautifully shaded area beneath the living room. Here there is another dining option, and more welcoming and soft seating on which to relax. There is a guest bathroom and shower at pool level. The fourth bedroom suite is located at the end of the shaded area. It has a round double bed, a mini bar and en suite shower room.
