Stayed Jul 14 Myself and my party really enjoyed our stay at villa 123. All expectations were blown away and the in-house maid (Boom) really made our stay even more enjoyable. Her self and her staff really went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. Couldn't recommend this villa much more and would personally guarantee all guests would not regret going. The location was tranquil whilst also only being a 10 min taxi journey to the mayhem of Chaweng bars and clubs. Thank you for a great holiday, definitely made it one to remember. A fantastic five bedroom villa in a private and extensive landscaped garden in Choeng Mon, this Thai-style property with its chic modern decor and furnishings, coupled with the peaceful and natural environment of its setting have produced a real gem of a holiday location.  It is a five-minute drive from Choeng Mon beach and 10 from Chaweng, the island's main tourist centre.

The very versatile accommodation at this villa makes it ideally suitable for two families or groups of friends to share: it is a stand alone property and nowhere is overlooked; there are safe places for children to play and explore; and there are plenty of little private areas so that everyone can relax in seclusion, should they so wish. There is no sea view with this villa, but its comfort and serenity and proximity to the island's beaches, shops and restaurants make it an exceptional location for that perfect holiday experience. On Ko Samui you are guaranteed never to be far from a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. The island's International Airport and the fascinating Fisherman's Village at Bophut are 15 minutes away, and it is a 25 minute drive to the Santiburi Golf and Country Club.

The surrounding area is of exceptional natural beauty and the villa's size, layout, and landscaping, and the use made of natural materials all provide the key to its tranquil appeal. The situation of the buildings and the route of the pathways leading through its grounds are positioned to give the best aspect of what's on offer at this property: a stupendous combination of indoor and outdoor living. The use of space and landscaping enhance the atmosphere, and the lawns and colourful tropical flora add to the idyllic scenes which greet you. Behind the pool the existing rock formations, mature trees and wild plants create a totally natural environment, and this shaded area can be enjoyed and explored by adults and children alike.

A covered Thai-style entrance sala welcomes guests into the extensive grounds, and on to a stone path that runs between the two pavilions that make up this property. Steps lead down to a terraced area and as you follow the pathway across the lily pond with its fountains, stepping stones and a beautiful towering tree, the view opens up before you and reveals the swimming pool and gardens of this delightful villa.

The two pavilions blend together the best in modern facilities, high quality furnishings, and traditional Thai architecture. There are plasma TVs, comfortable cream coloured sofas, large wooden dining tables, and luxuriously appointed bathrooms, all complemented throughout by a stylish choice of Asian ornaments, accessories and artwork.

The first pavilion has an open-plan lounge and dining area with polished wooden floors and a vaulted wooden ceiling. There's a study at one end of this room which can be used as a nanny's or child's bedroom. This has a connecting double en-suite bedroom and a private terraced area leading out into the garden. There is a second double en-suite bedroom which has a separate entrance, and views over the gardens, lily pond and swimming pool. At the rear of this pavilion there is a fully fitted western style kitchen. Stone terraces and pathways lead around this pavilion to an outdoor shower, and the sizeable blue-tiled freeform swimming pool. There is a covered sala at one end of the pool, and on the other side is a large gas barbecue, against a stunning natural rock feature. The pool terrace has ample sun-loungers and parasols for guests' relaxation and comfort.

Steps from the terrace take you up to a further area belonging to the other pavilion, and this terrace comes with a removable wooden railing that can be used to prevent young children from wandering too far. This second pavilion features its own sumptuous lounge with soft cream sofas, and a dining area, with wooden floors and vaulted ceiling, plus a further fully fitted kitchen and a laundry room. There are two en-suite double bedrooms and another study/child's/nanny's bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom.
